    • For 4/mo, 8/mo, or 12/mo plans, the billing cycle is adjusted to 28 days for regular booking eligibility.

    • Unlimited members are limited to one daily booking to reduce late cancellations and no-shows.

    • You can still book a second class separately from the recurring option.

    • Cancel and reschedule as usual with recurring bookings.

    • Late cancellation fee: $15

    • No-show fee: $20

    • Adjusted due to increased class capacity and frequent no-shows

    • Aim to manage attendance better and prioritize waitlisted clients

    The cancellation policy for all our classes has been updated to extend the cancellation window to 8 hours. This change aims to provide ample time for waitlisted clients to secure a spot and ensures fair compensation for our instructors. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.

  • 1. VIP Members receive a set number of classes per 28-day cycle based on their membership plan.   

    2. Overbooking classes in a cycle may result in additional charges for VIP Members.

    • Sometimes over bookings happen if a client just shows up to class without a reservation, you have a recurring booking, add your name to the waitlist and do not cancel a reservation.

    3. Exceeding the allotted class limit will incur a single class drop-in fee for each extra booking.

    4. VIP Members are accountable for monitoring their class reservations and avoiding exceeding their limit.

    5. Initial overbooking offense entitles a 50% discount on extra class fees as a one-time courtesy.

    6. Subsequent overbooking incidents will result in full class drop-in fees for each additional class.

    7. VIP Members are advised to manage bookings responsibly to prevent extra charges.


    Tracking classes:

    To track your classes, go to My Profile, select Purchases. Here, you can monitor your credits usage, upcoming classes, and remaining classes in your membership cycle.

    Activation date is when your billing cycle started and expiration date is the last day of your billing cycle before the new one starts.

  • - Go to My Profile

    - Click on Purchases

    - Click on your membership; there should be a small arrow (>) to see more

    - See Expiration Date and your payment is due the next day

  • With any membership, we offer clients recurring bookings. If you choose to pause your account, please note that the recurring bookings will be automatically canceled. 

  • This is a friendly reminder that all account change requests (including cancellations, upgrades, downgrades, and address changes) must be submitted at least three (3) days prior to your membership renewal date. This allows us sufficient time to process your request and ensure a smooth transition.

    Requests received less than three days before your renewal date may not be processed in time and your membership may automatically renew.
