It is best to wear comfortable, well-fitted exercise attire that allows for freedom of movement without being too loose. Loose clothing can be problematic as it may ride up or open during exercises. While not necessary, you may choose to wear grip socks if desired.

No, that is not necessary! Pilates is another exercise modality done on a reformer apparatus. If you are currently active, you can join any class. If you haven't worked out in a while, we recommend starting slow and easing your way back into exercising, just like going to the gym.
No, we do not require you to do privates first. We specialize in group reformer classes. If you are brand new, you may sign up for any of our group classes! All of our instructors are welcoming and helpful!
However, if you are interested in receiving more individualized attention and working one-on-one with one of our trainers, we also offer private sessions. These sessions can provide personalized guidance catered to your specific needs and goals.
